Privacy:
Rowbotham & Associates, parent company of LittleRich.com, recognizes that your privacy is very important. When purchasing any advertising program offered by Rowbotham & Associates, we collect your personal information and payment information. That information is secured and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with any outside third party other than PayPal. PayPal (http://www.paypal.com) is our third party partner for processing online and credit card payments.

For those joining our mailing list, your email address is also secured. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any outside third party. We may contact you in the future with information pertaining to Rowbotham & Associates or one of our properties, but you will always have the opportunity to be removed from our list if you so wish.

Terms:

1. When purchasing advertising space on LittleRich.com, you acknowledge and verify that you have proper authorization from your company or organization to make such a purchase.
   
   
2. Images must be submitted to artwork@littlerich.com, in GIF or JPG format. Maximum size allowable for a standard 88x31 pixels ad banner is 10k.
   
   
3. You have the proper authority and grant LittleRich.com to display your ad banner. This includes any copyrighted, trademarked or patented image, copy or product. Any violation or infringement of any party's copyright, trademark or patent will lead to the immediate removal of the ad banner. NO refund will be issued.
   
   
4. To purchase multiple advertising spaces or place different sized/shaped advertisements, you must contact us at info@littlerich.com.
   
   
5. All ad banners will be hosted by LittleRich.com.
   
   
6. Once your ad banner has been received, payment has been processed and your ad banner has been placed and added to the Advertisers Directory, you can no longer receive a refund.
   
   
7. Banners will be added to LittleRich.com within 24-48 hours of verification of payment from PayPal or our banking institution.
   
   
8. We do not except any links to websites that we deem as pornographic or offensive.
   
   
9. Any image, used in an ad banner, that we deem as inappropriate, offensive or pornographic, will not be placed on LittleRich.com. You will have the option to resubmit a new advertisement.
   
   
10. If for any reason, your submitted link changes to an inappropriate, offensive or pornographic link, it will be removed and NO refund will be issued.
    
    
11. LittleRich.com is hosted by Infosaic Technologies. Infosaic provides a 99.9% uptime but occasionally server maintenance is required and a very minimum downtime is needed.
